For over 100 years Business and Professional Women (BPW) has been standing up for women, championing equality in the workplace, expanding opportunities for leadership, and building a community where women support women.

Here in District 3, we’re proud to continue that mission across Westmoreland, Allegheny, and Indiana Counties through seven local organizations. Our members include working women, retirees, entrepreneurs, students, and community leaders—women in every season of life who believe in the power of showing up for each other.

You don’t have to own a business or have a certain job title to belong here. All you need is a desire to grow, connect, and make a difference. BPW is more than networking—it’s a support system, a circle of mentors and friends, and a space to learn, lead, and lift others up.
